Современная политика Штатов напоминает мне сумасшедший дом, психоневрологическое отделение: в одной палате одно кричат, в другой - другое. В третьей еще. Демократия на фоне шизофрении… Ну, так же как в нашей стране.

Смотря по отношении к кому. По отношении к России она, наверно, слишком жесткая, но Россия тоже. Это встречные истории. То есть Россия тоже хочет быть сверхдержавой. И, наверно, она имеет на это право. Поэтому их отношения должны быть такими. Я не представляю, чтобы они дружили.

Towards whom? Towards Russia, it is probably too tough, as well as Russian one. These are counter stories. I mean, Russia also wants to be a superpower. And, probably, Russia has the right to it. That’s why their relationship should be like that. I can’t even imagine they are friends.
