Я была 3-4 года назад. Нормальный адвокат , наверное как все.
НО.. в нашей ситуации был один вариант который ускорил бы дело - она о нем не упомянула. Я узнала случайно от знакомых. Мне тяжело поверить что она об этом не знала...

and btw, Vinki (that's the name of the immigration lawyer with unpronaunsible full name) gave me a free consultation. that was a year ago. but he has a tendency to be late for meetings.

Free consultation? Hmmm...don't know...I don't trust anything that is free :)

Consulted with Rosanne Mayer at True, Miller and Walsh in Ithaca, NY. Everything was done over e-mail and regular mail. She is really good. Here's the site of the firm:

I wrote a check. Actually, I forgot: the initial consultation was over the phone and cost somewhere between $100 and $200. The intire immigration process of a relative (with the lawer filling out the papers) was under $1000 (maybe about 800).
