Посоветуйте, пожалуйста, хорошего acupuncture doctor, совершенно необязательно русскоговорящего. Желательно в Манхеттане, но сойдёт и в других местах. Хорошо бы ещё, чтобы принимал страховку Oxford. Спасибо.

I highly recommend Carrie from http://radical-wellness.com (no russian, but very knowledgeable and good)
but she doesn't accept any insurance. You can try to get reimbursed via out of network thought if you have this option
