Somewhere I saw an effective version, something like (If ||D^2F|| is less than M, and ||DF^{-1}(x0,y0)|| is greater than m, then y=f(x) for |x-x_0|<(m/M)^2),
i.e. with explicit size of the neighborhood. Do you know a reference?
It should be in some textbook, but I do not remember.
