Searching for an Artist

I'm sorry if I'm not allowed to post in english, but as I don't understand russian I can't read the rules nor can I post in russian :P
I'm hoping someone here can help me find an artist. The reason I'm looking here is that in the right lower corner of the picture I have, there's something (a name?) written with cyrillic letters, so I thought it might be familiar to someone here.
