2. Цели семинара - выработка направлений практического внедрения наследия Бира и освоение новой технологии организации Вэб-семинаров без их локализации в одном месте

3. Участники семинара - - группа VSM-клуб в Москве, технический руководитель проекта Киберсин Рауль Эспехо - Англия, слушатели в разных городах (Петербург, Магнитогорск).

4. Способ общения - Online видео-аудио с использованием средства NetMeeting. Язык - английский.

We actually had some debates because we have so many to ask :)

I've tried to make a tree of questions, so we can go deeper in a
series of online
conferences if you find it interesting and useful.
Anyway this time it will be very good just to meet each other online and to talk
about our activities and plans.

2.1. Tell about Syncho group
2.2. Tell some success stories
2.3. Tell about ViPlan program
2.4. How do you see for us to use VSM in practice?
2.5. How would do you see Cybersyn HERITAGE today with modern IT?
2.6. What do you think about companies integration from below using
VSM-based enterprise information system and metasystem transition
approach?

3. International communities and future development
3.1. What do you know about using the VSM ideas around the World now?
We are interested in communication with the VSM communities
abroad Russia.
3.2. What is new in mordern management cybernetics approach?
3.3. What are hot directions in management cybernetics development
and applications?
3.4. Are there correlations between popular management approaches
(Lean, TOC, BSC, ...) and VSM? Can we integrate them?
3.5. What do you think about communicative management approach that
focuses on psychology, conflict of interests and the other aspects of
social systems?
3.6. What do you think about responsibility question in practical use
of operational room where the decisions are preparing by many groups
of specialists (decision-makers, analytics, IT-specialists, experts,
economists, mathematicians, ...)? What kind of interactions should be
between these groups?
