Tennis Champion

For once, I had a good day at work. I'd better leave it at that. I don't want to get too picky in my complaining.

It feels like I'm either insanely busy or I have nothing to do at all. For example, last night, I got about four or five cell phone calls in a matter of a few hours. Usually, I get zero calls. And suddenly, my Tuesday night, which originally consisted of lounging around and possibly going to the pool, with perhaps a time-out for a trip to the book store and a copy of Ann Coulter's new book, morphed into going to wing night at Pat's old restaurant (I love that man, I hope he is my next senator :), followed by some tennis, then a trip to the Township for my pina colada milkshake (I'm hooked), and then a little Rauscher harassment. All in all, it was a fun and exciting evening.

Tomorrow is looking better: Sleeping for at least nine hourse, a little jaunt to the mall to pick up Treason, and a hot and humid afternoon of tanning by the pool. Finally, a day when it's nice and warm enough to get some color. I'll kick back and read the day away. According to something I read in Parade magazine on Sunday, I think I'm ten times more likely to get skin cancer, but of course this hasn't stopped me. I've got to loose this vanity thing.

P.S. I'm trying to get something together for the 4th of July. Of course, I haven't yet discussed this with my parents, but damnit, I'm such a patriot, they just can't refuse. Bring fireworks!!!
