It’s been 2 days.
He’s been gone 2 days.
I’m dying with worry. He’s left no word of where he might be going, what he might be doing…just…left in the middle of the night, the bastard…
My parents are worried sick. I haven’t moved from the window since I arrived here. I spent the past night in front of it. I haven’t cried. I don’t think I can. He’s done this before, and I probably cried all the tears I could cry then, because no tears would come now.
Maybe a part of me knows he’ll be back before long. He always seems to find his way back, whether or not he wants to.
Maybe he’s better off not coming back for a while. My father wouldn’t forgive him. I would try my hardest not to. But I know all he has to do is smile at me, and I’d cave.
Ugh, I’m horribly soft for him.
He’ll be fine. I’m sure he’s okay. He’s not still in the Order for nothing. He’s a warrior. He’s a survivor. He’ll be fine.
My gaze turns to the sky above. It’s dark, heavy and gray.
I think it’s going to rain today.
