Night falls once again. She arrives to her empty flat after a hard day at work and throws her robes into the corner where they will lay in a crumpled pile until the next work day. The flat is as cold and lifeless as she feels. She doesn’t bother to start the fire or fix a bite to eat, just collapses into the big oversized chair and falls into a world where everything is different - a world filled with him.

Night falls once again. He arrives at the overcrowded grotto after a hard day of scavenging food and throws his robes into the far corner he calls his own. There they will lie in a crumpled pile until the next morning when he’ll be forced to leave again. The grotto is as cold and lifeless as he feels. He doesn’t bother to warm himself by the fire or eat the small amount of food he did manage to find. He gives the food to the children. He spreads out his tattered bed roll carefully, collapses onto it and falls into a world where everything is different - a world filled with her.

Night falls once again. They come together as they have every night since he said goodbye, only in their dreams. Robes discarded, lips meeting, bodies instinctively moving together as waves of desire crash over them again and again. They make love with such passion that neither will soon forget. Their home is as warm and inviting as the couple that lives there. The fire is always burning and there is always something to eat. They collapse together in peaceful sleep and fall into a world of their own - a world filled with love.
