I have a question- on here you said that Paypal's the only type of payment you accept, yet on hetalia-sell's tags, you labelled that you accept money orders and concealed cash alongside with Paypal. So which should I look at?

edit: nevermind, I just checked my funds and I won't have enough money to buy the plushie. :p So is $17 including delivery confirmation? I will pay for it if it's not in there.
