I'm lazy when it comes to updating this thing....but I can't fucking fall asleep even though I really should. I have to get up at 430 in the morning to go to Babe Ruth's grave with PLAY and WPLR to help "Reverse the Curse". I'm excited. If the Sox win it all this year, ya'll have me to thank.
In other news, I've been planning feverishly for where I'm going to go to business school and I took the practice GMATs today. They are fucking HARD, yo. Their math section doesn't allow you to use a calculator. But it's not just like multiplying, it's fractions and percentages and the like. Shit I need a calculator for. I dont remember how to find what 24 percent of 126 percent of 432 is. That's the sort of shit they ask. But I did pretty well for my first time. I'm only going to get better, while reading this book. And I'm looking at places I want to apply. University of San Francisco, Northeastern, Cornell, and Duke if I'm lucky are the places I'm looking at applying. I'm excited but nervous at the same time. But I know I don't want to work at the New Haven Register for the rest of my life.
It will be fun to do things on my own. I'm excited. I'm actually building a life.
