Could it be the simple moments we share?

Her skin feels as velvet would on your cheek,
Rivaled by none other than her smooth lips.
The warmth in her arms any man would seek,
Her love as matchless as her finger tips.

So then why would she choose a man like me?
A man who does not deserve her soft glance,
Who does not deserve the presence of she,
Who would spoil her with every earthly chance.

It took an act of God to make her mine,
And because of her do I truly shine.
