It rained this morning. Employees everywhere breathed a sigh of relief. Rain means you have a totally valid excuse to be late. Doesn't matter how long it fell or how intensely. It is a well known fact that drainage in this country is iffy at best. Plus, cars slow down on wet streets. Of course I'm late.
