I liked this lots - my knowledge of of belly dancing is limited (mostly bits I've gleaned from various folks on LJ talking about their classes/experiences) but you made things clear, and I loved the character interactions

Hmm. I actually think if you cut it off after Christmas, it reads like a finished story rather than something unfinished. Though obviously I wish you had had inspiration for second semester.

I thought about doing that, but I wanted them to have a real happy ending together.
