Oh, that was truly beautiful (not to mention quite hot.)You write sex well and this was so very loving and erotic!

You also have their characters down perfectly. Your Remus is forgiving and yet, in his own way, shows is capacity for "tough love." But, deep down, he loved Sirius more than anything and that shows beautifully. Your Sirius was spot on, too, loving Remus to the point of trying to change himself, yet still fiercely defensive of Harry. He's so loyal above anything and would never let anyone harm his godson!

Even the argument was very in character. I tend to see Sirius' insults as childish, but basically on target. (Greasy-haired git, etc.) And, in this case, he was just being defensive. But Snape? Snape gets cruel. He does in canon and in the movies and here.
‘…want an old, ragged fairy like yourself? Any wonder he’s always accepting missions to get himself away from your miserable visage?’ That is a TRULY horrible thing to say and the comment about Remus' animal urges was even worse. I suppose he's just so hurt that be

I think Sirius and Severus bought out the absolute worst, most childish aspects of each other - they reverted back to school boys around each other. Moody thought it was funny to watch the 'children' argue, but a lover's quarrel would be a very different thing. Smart man, that one! I'm very happy you enjoyed the characterisations - I love the Marauders and try very hard to give them a realistic showing. Thanks so much for your kind comments. :-)

A very touching little story. I like that Sirius arranged the bath for Remus alone, knowing what he wanted even when it might not have meshed with his own needs. Thankfully for him, Remus wanted him there, too.
