Thank you so very much! I loved every bit of it. You not only captured every bit of watching four diverse children and the chaos it entails (and clock watching) but this was a get-together, first kiss fic too! A perfect present.

I also loved all the humor: the mischievous James, no lumps in mash Lily and vegetarian Albus. The pudding on fire, the 9 foot tall toddler. If I started listing my favorite things, I would have to list everything here.

I'm just going to imagine this as the future they got.

That was really darling! Sweet and funny and happy and everything I needed on a cold morning. The fire? The food habits (you sure know kids)? And the cuddles? It was all so darling!

This bit totally made me smile:Remus wonders sometimes if he will ever stop aching when Sirius smiles that way. If they live to be 150, will he still want Sirius every waking moment, or will it fade with time and aging libido? It's been a fucking long enough time now, he thinks. and this bit totally made me giggle: "That's what you get when you name a child James," says Sirius.

"You do know his middle name, right?" Remus asks. LOL How true!

Oh my word, so cute! Not entirely cute--I did some babysitting this past week and understand that clock-watching entirely--but the giant Lily and the principled refusal of sausages (I am a veterinarian because you wouldn't want someone to bite you and chew you or chop you up into sausages!) and the oddly booming Chockies! I love this messy, late-in-life getting together, which might even be overshadowed by memories of the giant Lily--thank you! M.

Oh my, this was adorable! I loved your take on all the kids, and all the trouble they can get into at that age when they also possess the ability to do magic. I really felt Remus and Sirius' exhaustion by the end of it. Fortunately, they had a happy ending to look forward to, even if they didn't know it ahead of time. What a sweet, lovely story. Absolutely wonderful.
