Nice setting! Didn't believe everything that was happening, but an enjoyable read nonetheless!

I'm very sorry that you didn't find it all believable, but I'm glad you enjoyed reading it despite that.

this was just loads and loads and loads of fun! from the wonderful setting to the truly marvelous snape (who i personally think is hard to write), i enjoyed every word. as i read along i kept picturing what this would be like as a movie - and longing to see such a thing. you are so good at visuals, from that image of the posters of the blonde-haired child to peter's super wierd (in a good way) shop to every inch of that city, i was very taken by the setting. you also write action very well which is another thing i find hard. and every character was a fun introduction. this was great. it was like reading a screen play. yay, you!

Thank you so much! I'm glad you liked it. It was such a blast to write. And as this was my first real attempt at writing Snape I'm extra glad you enjoyed him.

What a fascinating and inventive AU! This was a scenario that fits really well with the characters; with lots of recognisable aspects from canon, but with your own twist to the events and the universe. I could easily imagine the dusty city where Vipers were a constant danger, there are many great details that make the scenes come to life as I read.
As a drarry shipper I also really enjoyed the hints about the two of them being together in the future; oh, and Regulus being so great with the children totally stole my heart. I have such a soft spot for Regulus and that was a detail I loved a lot.
The ending really worked for me. We don't see their final victory, but it's an ending with a lot of hope for the fight against Riddle and for the relationship between Remus and Sirius. The dust has been so important throughout the story and it was beautiful to let it end with the refreshing rain!

WOW!!What a fic,I do love dystopian stories! And of course a reconciled Regulus and Sirius!Just the best! The fun of AUs are that you can actually go a happy ending route with them and make our boys all awesome and cool just like in the books because we all know how badass Remus and Sirius are.

Really great scenes, especially towards the beginning, I loved how hopeless things were and how Harry(of course!) set things in motion and everyone is now trying their best to get back the safety of their own 'home'.
Lily and James were brilliant parents, I really enjoyed seeing them as they were and our villains too. Rosier and Lestrange were really villain material, okay? You've written them perfectly.

Finding those kids and how Sirius and Remus deal with them!Guh!How super cute!Though Regulus with the kids takes the cake in terms of cuteness here.

I love that you didn't end it with a definite victory yet but we can see that there is definitely hope for their future.Awesome work, team place!!

Thank you so much! This was my first attempt at a dystopian fic (I love reading them, too!) and it was so much fun. I'm glad you enjoyed it.

Well I loved this world, and how you described it - I could picture the dust and the makeshift homes, and the Marauders' interactions felt so natural. I also don't think I've ever read a better description of apparating! Hogwarts as a refuge fits so well with its place in canon, and I loved your Draco and Regulus. Sirius realising that Snape's loss of Lily mirrors his own of James was a beautiful moment, and there were so many lovely touches like that throughout.

I did rather enjoy Lockhart's book making it through in abundance too! :) Great job!

Thank you so much! I'm thrilled that you enjoyed it.

Yeah, I have a hard time not finding some way to poke fun at Lockhart. I'm glad you liked that bit. :)
