This was lovely. Sirius' persistence was charming, I adored the Lily/James subplot and dear, sweet, confused Remus' epiphany at the end was wonderful, too.

Gosh, that dancing scene is sexy! I liked the conclusion re. lust too - an important lesson for Remus - and the girls continually testing Sirius.
Lots of fun, so people shouldn't be put off by the 16000 words!

long read, but worth it. poor remus, so angsty and confused and after all he was just being... a normal teenager. XD

i loved the dancing scene as well, and lily and james were so cute at the end!

Oh, how I loved this! The very visual quality to the words, the empirical emotions and the perceptive characterizations, I can't choose what I liked best about it! And on top of it all, it felt soooooooo canon. And possibly my favorite James and Lily ever.
No I've changed my mind. What I found the most remarkable was the scene where James is explaining that he knows that Remus is the better fellow but he still doesn't think that Lily should be with a werewolf.
This story should become a "classic" in this fandom.
