PageRank - can you find 10/10 ?

Hi,
I didn't blog for quite a time, so...

I had started noticing the PageRank of google Toolbar;
I had tried to look for pages whose PageRank is higher than 8, but
could not find any. (except , of course, www.google.com - how humble ;
even gmail.com was only 8/10).

Even popular sites (just for example: http://www.nytimes.com/,
http://www.microsoft.com/ and www.lwn.net) had a PageRank of 8/10.

Can you find one more 10/10 PageRanked page ?
