ughhh...
I just found out today that the research proposal I have to hand in next Wednesday is supposed to be around 20 pages - not just the 2 page short proposal done in the SSHRC format. I'm so screwed... I honestly though that we really just had to put in a lot of work into handing in a polished, perfect short proposal, and now it looks like I'll be sitting here for the next five days writing up a storm. We had a grad lounge-warming party this afternoon and I felt myself coming down with feverish, flu-like symptoms. It might have been psychosomatic, after discovering that we have to write 20 pages, not just 2, I actually felt a bit ill. I cut out early and took a nap for most of this evening, which seems to have broken the fever, fortunately. I'm gonna go to bed early for once, and get up at 8 or 9am and just start in on this thing... fuarghhfff!
