I'll be updating this as I go through the weekend, so instead of lots of small journals, you'll get one big. So everyone remember to check back if you're interested.
Jotkut was fun, we had an anime-themed evening this time. It's all still new to me, so no wonder I'm enjoying it now. Maybe I'll get lazier when it becomes a routine though. :'D After that we went to Fiesta, or what ever the heck it was called and ate pizza.
Next was a sleep over at Henu's. I got to take a shower, and then we talked a lot about different things. Some of it was painful stuff even, but also happy and good things came up as we spoke. I'll be sure to visit her again sometime, I had fun. More fun than what I would have had with that one person anyway. At least as the things between us are as they are now... *sigh*
But none of that angst now! Currently I'm wondering if and when my morning coffee will start working it's magic on me while waiting for the ticketsellers come to work. They start at 8.30 and my train leaves at nine. I've been here since Henu left for her bus, which would be from seven. And there's an older lady sitting across me on the bench trying to sleep. Breathing sounds like a tough job for her, it's hellishly annoying. And now she's choking and her breathing gets even raspier and painful sounding, while still sleeping with her mouth wide open and snoring. Dude. O_______o;;
Trains pass the station, I hope I can get some more sleep on my way to Helsinki. zZzZzZz...
Okay, was really tired when I finally got home. Nothing intersting happened on friday really. But oh, saturday was very interesting indeed...
Around 11 o'clock my cosplay was finally finished, trough blood, sweat and tears. I actually like how it turned out, even the ears looked kind of nice without the stuffing. I was a bit embarrassed making my way to Bio Rex all alone looking like that. I was able to go see the cosplay contest, but it wasn't really all that interesting, the outfits were kinda...lame. Sorry. u___u;; I'm just used to seeing a bit more well-made costumes. I ran into Inka and her sis, and we went eating and circling around the festival area. That was fun, I haven't seen those girls in long time so I was really glad they came. I asked Inka if she would like the idea of making our very own association in the future, and she actually got really excited about it. So maybe we'll get somewhere when we have more time to sort that out. WHOOO~
At one point, the girls were already getting ready to leave and offered me a ride back home. But then all the sudden, there comes Aurora and glomps me like crazy! And proceeds to tell me which certain person came with her today. Yeah you quessed right, that fucker Mitro was also there. I was surprised I hadn't ran into him, but it might be that he's been purposedly avoiding me. It would seem that way anyways. Well, I told her I was happy not to have noticed him. I decided to stay at the festival, because there was company for me again. We went together to see a presentation about character design, by Janne Kemppi. It was really useful, sad that Aurora and Tuukka had to leave halfway trough the presentation. She invited me to her's and Tuukka's apartment later in the evening though. :3
After the presentation ended, I went to hang out at the festival area. Met a couple of familiar faces, got a few hugs and people took some more photos. When I felt there was nothing more to do, I went to say hi to the, um, Community Service Officers? Well, you know, JVs like we say in Finnish. Those guys. Anyway, heard some news about how Tuija is doing. 8) Also I was proclaimed as their mascot. ^^; Nice people, I feel like I could go help them on some convention in the future. Working there would be new experience. Also it would probably be benefitial to have connections there. Time went flying. There was a huge black cool-looking limo on the street at one point, and quess what was written on the back? WWW.RAISKI I was supposed to take a photo, but I took a short video instead. Anyways, my car. Yeah. >8D
And then I messed up in trying to find that damned Ateneum. I'm supposed to know where places in Helsinki are. D'oh! -____-;; Managed to find it though with Aurora's help. The bus came and then I was on my way to Aurora's and Tuukka's new apartment. When I got there, I proceeded to eat all the coconut balls and drink all the Pommac Mitro had bought. Thoughtful bastard, those were even gluten-free. Then we all played Soul Calibur and Katamari together, fuck yeah. I told Aurora what an ass Mitro had been again, and she gave her usual advice of leaving that useless idiot. I spent the night there, it was really comfy sleeping on the couch. After that I borrowed some decent clothes and went home. Blah.
