A few words about the NY 2010 %)
I've promised to a few people to post here some pictures from my NY trip and I know that if I don't do it now, I won't do it forever )
The trip is the one from Moscow to Krasnodar and Betta.
It is not a full report of the journey, of course. I only post pictures)))
That was a journey from the winter to... well, not summer but something much warmer and nicer than winter, and BACK!%)
Most of the photos are my own, but a couple of them were made by my wonderful ms_fanatka (I'm sure she doesn't mind my posting them) ))
When we left Moscow it was snowing and the temperature was about 10 (or more) below zero.
We decorated our window in the train as we were deadly serious - looked like other passengers didn't care about seeing the NY in, but we did!
Railway officials agreed with us about decorating and had placed some adornments in the train.
That's our lovely little furtree :)
January, 1. The morning at the bank of the Kuban river )))))) The most incredible morning I could have imagined!
And it is Krasnodar's January, it's how the city met us...
...and I must admit I love the way it did!
I would really think it's summer if I didn't know.

Having left the friendly Krasnodar we moved to the aim of our journey... and it was worth it.
The mountain in Betta. It looked as perfect as in the summer to me, and there was that wonderful noise of running water from the river...
Small palms?..
The sea!
It's stormy as we are very lucky for storms :)
The sea would turn a bad journey into good, so you might guess what it turned a good journey into...
Just going home when the Sun had set. The nights were also so cool, calm and fresh there...
And it is the way back. A few days passed quickly...
The way back had a rather sobering effect :)
It was taken near Moscow. The winter had us BACK!
I must thank you, darling chumy, for this experience once again! @-> You know, it's your turn now :)
