A Modest Proposal (meetups?)
Okay. Here goes.
It has come to the attention of some of us folks over on /coq/ that we would very much enjoy going to see Watchmen with other slash fans before it leaves the big screen.
It would probably be typical "nerdy meetup" style - maybe go get a few drinks or some dinner, and then head over to the local theater and make lewd comments under our breath during The Handshake Scene of Awesome. But first, we have to find one another!
So! If you would like to reach out and touch another slasher (no, not in that way, perv) this is the post in which you can attempt to organize such a thing in your locality!
Should you desire to partake in a wacky 'n nutty slasher movie meetup, post a comment with "My City" or "My General Metropolitan Area" in the comment title (if there isn't one already) and hopefully, people who are also in that general area will respond and then we can all enjoy evenings of serious contemplation about how Adrian likes spankings and Daniel and Rorschach are clearly, clearly shagging like bunnies. Weird, kinky bunnies.
