there will be NO slash, as a search for "RPS" yielded over 400 comms, but "RPH" gave me less than 10. while this is an unmoderated community as far as LJ is concerned, it will be manually moderated. please keep in mind that i am NOT anti-

Can we make requests? I just have a few plotbunnies but my muse isn't being very helpful. And I know some fic comms don't allow requests so I thought I'd ask before I posted.
