[Okay. She did not understand a single thing he boyfriend said because he was talking to fast and she heard a crash. Here comes the worried girlfriend voice.]

Oh Zack! Maybe you shouldn't talk and run so fast....

Are you okay? And..."lost him", Zack? [She has an idea who, but she rather hear it from you.]

[He lets out a breath and calms down a little. Aerith definitely had that effect on him. It helps when he huffs out, looking sheepish and apologetic.]

Cloud's not in the room. He escaped again!

Well, I didn't exactly lose him. He was asleep so I left for just a minute and the next thing I know, he's not in the room. [Siiiiiiiiiiiiigh.]

I guess he's better, though, if he can walk around by himself. [If that's the case. He's still having thoughts of Cloud faceplanting somewhere and oh geez, since when was he such a worrier?] That's good, right?

You have a point, Zack. He's been getting better and better and he's starting to think and talk for himself very well. His progress has been really good. [She had a feeling that Zack was acting like a mother hen now.] Don't worry, Zack. I'm sure he's all right. How far can he be in this small town, hm? Maybe he's off at the cafeteria or close to the forest. I know he likes peaceful scenaries.

[Siiiiiiiiigh.] You're right. As usual. [Grins at her. Really, he'd be totally lost without her and they both knew it.] My friend Paine's looking for him at the cafe. I told him about the pie, so hopefully he wound up there.

[Hey. One of them have to be the calm one of the relationship. ;D] I'm sure you'll find him soon because Cloud wouldn't be the type to leave without saying anything to us...unless he was mad.

[She wasn't sure if she liked the idea of Zack searching for Cloud alone especially if he's still worried.] Do you want me to help you search for him? We could meet up by the guilds?

I don't think he's mad. I think he just wants to prove that he can walk around town, you know? He sorta had a bad time with it last time he decided to take a walk. And he's so damn stubborn - [Another siiiigh. Oh Cloud, why do you make him worry and look like a fool in front of his girl?]

[She smiles at the description realizing that even young Cloud is as stubborn as adult Cloud.] I know. Even as an adult, he's very stubborn, but...he isn't as stubborn as me. [You could almost hear the devious in her voice.]

Of course! Cloud won't be able escape our eyes so easily~ [She starts to giggle happily at the thought.] I'll meet you by the guild then. Hopefully he hasn't gone off too far, but we'll find him.

Tseng? What - [And then he remembers how that Turk had always been down in the slums watching Aerith. It sort of annoyed him that Tseng would know Aerith better than he did, hmph.

Then again, he knew his girl was just teasing. He laughed lightly.] Sweetheart, I'm sure your mom would've been armed and dangerous if I met her. I don't think she liked her lovely daughter going out with such a big, bad SOLDIER, huh?

[He ends that with another laugh before scurrying off to meet her like a good whipped boyfriend.]
