[The phs' camera bleeps on when Cissnei accidentally brushes her hand near the camera button to reach for the bandage wrapping. All the viewer can make out is the deep gash on Cissnei's bare back which had re-opened towards the bottom of the wound, some blood leaking from the cut and the walls of Tifa's room ( Read more... )

I didn't want to just stand back and let him hurt innocent people, there are kids with no fighting abilities here. They would have been dead before they knew it. So I tried to get him to stop, calling him to reason. I guess I wasn't really thinking about anything but that. My plan went down south and then those dusks were on me within five seconds of his hanging up. I could barely parry their attacks.

[Cissnei had never felt smaller in her life than now, she'd never had him turn the tables on her. It was usually Cissnei chastising Reno for doing something unreasonable or reckless and worrying her. Having a taste of her own medicine was leaving a bad taste in her mouth.]

It's not male mentality, Tif', it's Turk mentality. It's nice you girls have bonded but I seem to recall a time when you hated us to the core. I just want to know that my teammate can rely on me when I'm needed. Not only that but I owe Ciss for helping me out when I got here.
