Guy named Xemnas is the self-proclaimed mayor here... (...l'Cie? Must be something only his world has.) There aren't any... "l'Cie" here that I know of. [...Shrug. Personally, he hates everything about this town, so that isn't a fair question to ask.]

Depends on who you talk to. [Another shrug. He couldn't care less.] But you're better off not relying on other people. Especially here.

Maybe not by your enemies. There are monsters here. They call them Heartless and apparently they feed off peoples' hearts. I haven't seen them in town yet, but you should probably think twice before you get any bright ideas about wandering into the outskirts.

Not really. Hit 'em once with a good strike and they vanish. For a while. I heard there are tougher ones, but--... [The last one anyone's seen, to his knowledge, was in Xemnas' mansion about a week ago. He didn't fight it, but he heard from the others...] If they show up, you'll know...

That's what the Keyblade people are for... Unless you have a Keyblade, you can't actually kill a Heartless. They'll eventually keep coming back.

[No, it doesn't make any sense to him either. He's still not sure what makes those Keyblade things so special.]
