But, um. ... Is there anyone who'd like to help out at the clothing shop? I'm kind of swamped because I'm trying to do a lot of things at once. It'd be nice to have some help. Um... I guess you'd need to know how to sew and things. I can help teach you

[It doesn't take long for Fang to reach the clothing shop. She'd passed it a few times, and of course, she'd been there when she'd woken up in Xion's body.

And speaking of whom, Xion was the only person in the clothing shop when she entered. Fang glanced around, hands on her hips.]

I see why you'd need help. Whoever's had this place last has some odd taste in clothing.

[Xion giggles awkwardly.] Kefka just likes lots of colors, I guess.

Kefka? That explains it. [She shakes her head, sitting beside Xion.] Can't say I'm all too impressed by him. Kinda weirds me out. But anyone who's got a place like this can't be all that bad.

There aren't a lot of people who like him. It's understandable, though. He's hard to get along with, and he can be dangerous. But he's been so kind to me, and he's my friend. I just... I don't know. Sometimes I just get this bad feeling, like he's not the person I think he is.

I even had a dream where I told him to stop hurting people, and he said that he can't. He asked if I was going to kill him. I think... I think if it's true, I think I'd have to fight him. I'd have to stop him. I can't just sit by and let him hurt people. But... it would hurt. I love him. He's my friend. I don't want to hurt him. But...

[She shakes her head.] It's just a dream. It was just a dream, so everything's okay.

[Xion covers her face with a hand.] Sorry. I didn't mean to say all that.

We've all got loose lips today, seems like. Guess it could be worse. [And it's odd that she can relate to a lot of what Xion's just said. Fang lets out a breath, staring at the ceiling.]

Never said I didn't like him. He's just apparently got an eye for mine and my - girlfriend's power. [Did she say 'gilfriend' out loud? Whoops.] For someone who's never seen a l'cie, it was just kinda unnerving. Most of us usually try to hide the fact.

And you...[Her gaze turns to Xion.] Don't ignore what your gut's tellin' ya. 'Specially when it comes to someone you really care about. You only want to see 'em in the best light, so it's hard to imagine 'em as anything but. A lot of times, doin' what's for the best isn't always the easiest. [She gets the strangest sense of foreboding when she says this, but ignores it. Apparently she's not one to take her own advice.]

What I'm sayin' is...don't let how you feel about someone cloud who they really are. Sometimes it masks ya to horrible stuff, and you don't find out 'til it's too late.

Kefka's interested in all kinds of magic. Where he comes from, he's a god of magic. He can even give people spells by putting them right into their magic. He did that for me; he taught me Sleep, and some other spells, too. It was... weird, though. We wound up seeing into Sora's memories, because -- ahhhhh!

[Xion claps her hands over her mouth, eyes wide.] Oh, no. Oh, no, oh, no, oh, no, he's going to be so mad, I promised I wouldn't tell. Please don't tell anyone what I just said, please.

[Fang just quirks an eyebrow.] Considerin' I don't know any Sora, you're safe.

[She's more disturbed at the fact that...] Wait, Kefka, a god? Heh, ain't that the most ridiculous thing I've heard since bein' here.
