How it got there? A complete mystery. The moogles have been bribed with kupo nuts and when well-bribed they have ways of getting things done.

BAD GUY: I HAVE KIDNAPPED THE PRINCESS! I HAVE KIDNAPPED HER. LOOK HOW KIDNAPPED SHE IS. I AM BIG AND MEAN AND YOU WILL NEVER SEE HER AGAIN
GOOD GUY: OH NO! THE PRINCESS HAS BEEN KIDNAPPED
BAD GUY: DOES AN EVIL LAUGH. A VERY VERY VERY EVIL LAUGH.
[...and that's all there is. The writer clearly got bored partway through and went to play sandcastles.
