Yes, ladies and gentlemen. I do believe I have it figured. The extra glutamine in my system appears to help. I have been sleeping fine ever since I started it. Last night, however, I did not, but that is probably because it feels like someone kicked me in the back. It is amazing that I can lift all these weights and do squats, but if I get on the ground on my hands and knees to clean something at work and then stand up, my back gives. But whatever, that's why I pay someone to make sure I can move.

Anyways, back to it. The day I started supplementing with glutamine, my anxiety went away. I take it twice a day. Once when I wake up and once about 5 or 5:30. It seems to work. It does still take a lot of practice, if that is the right word, to go to sleep. I average about 6.5 hours a night, but it is way better quality than tranquilizing myself and being unconscious for eight hours. There is a difference. In less than a week, I have all but maxed out a weight machine on my calves and soon my quads. I still have my weak parts like bench press and pull ups, but that is also because I really hate doing it and have neglected them for like a year. I'm doing 30 second high intensity intervals for about twenty minutes as far as cardio. Hopefully all of this keeps up.
