Julie and I finally seem to be bonding. This is so cool. We were at the beach, trying to decide what we wanted to do first. Julie mentioned swimming.
"Alright, except I don't have any swim trunks with me." I said, laughing. I didn't care what we did, I was just glad to be here with her. That's all that mattered right now.
"You know, we better swim now or we'll have to wait thirty minutes after eating to swim so we don't get leg cramps and drown. Then we can dry off while we eat." I said with a smile.
There I went again, being Mr. Planner. I felt comfortable with plans, though. Unpredictability can sometimes to lead to trouble and death. Tonight was all about fun, and I wanted to keep it that way. But I figured, a black dude like me with a slayer like her, there's no way any vampire or demon would be stupid enough to approach us. But just in case, a plan is always good. I was starting to wonder if I should brought more weapons with me. Nah, we're okay here. I was so comfortable right now, I wasn't going to worry. So I didn't.
"So, you down with that plan or do you have a better suggestion?"
