Chris and mom finally made it back to the cabin. I had been sitting on the patio thinkng about things and enjoying the quiet when Chris came out to talk to me. He asked if I would mind if he went back to the manor. I didn't mind at all he needed to see them as much as he needed to be with me. I had mom and dad and the kids so I would be ok

I curled up in her arms

"Make him come back...please"

I said softly

"Honey, I wish I could, you know I'd do anything for you." I said, holding her and caressing her. "I'm so very sorry this happened, I had no idea..."

"make him come back"

I said softly. sitting up and pulling away from her calling Chris' name.

"He said once all I had to do was call his name and he would be here...maybe if I call his name enough"

I felt so bad for her...I almost started crying myself.

"Baby...I don't think that's going to happen now...he's where he belongs, in the future...I don't think he can hear you...I'm so sorry..."

"I can't do this..I can't be without him"

I said thinking of ways to get to him

"Maybe Willow can send me.."

"Julie, no. You'd get into trouble, the bracelet, remember? You're just going to have to do without him. We'll be here, don't you worry, sweetie..."

"if I am in the future the ankle thing won't matter...and I don't care...I need him"

I said firmly heading for a phone to call Willow

I was getting upset. "Julie, sweetie, we need you here. I need you here. I just got you back, I'm not losing you again!" I walk over, take the phone and hang it up. My turn to be firm.

I pick the phone back up

"I need him..you can't stop me"

I said firmly lost in my own pain

I started to cry. Then Craig walked out. "What is going on here?"

"Chris...he had to go back to the future, and now Julie wants to go with him. Make her stop, Craig." I said, looking at him.

Craig was still a bit confused, but he walked over and took the phone from her, hanging it up. "Julie Michelle St. James. We have done a whole lot for you. I understand you're upset because you lost someone dear to you, but you WILL NOT just go join him and leave us here to pick up the pieces! Murder trial? Remember? Who do you think is going to pay for your father's death if you aren't here?"

"Just tell them I died"

I said trying to call again

"I need him"

softly not dialing the phone number

Craig hung up the phone again, then took Julie into his arms. "I know you're hurting, but he's gone, Julie. You can't be with him because that's not your time, this is. You're needed here, honey. We'll be here to help you get through this, don't you worry, and someday, you'll meet someone who will love just as much or more than him..."

He held onto her, letting her cry in his arms. I walked over, putting my arms around her too.

"I'm so sorry, baby, so very sorry...you'll be okay, I just know you'll be okay in time..."

"We made love..it was supposed to be forever..now its over"

"He was the only man I wanted...or ever want"

Craig was shocked for moment. Well that explained a lot.

"Julie...you say that now, but in time, you will find someone else that you will want the same way you wanted him..."

"I was going to tell you, Craig...oh sweetie, believe me, love is waiting out there for you...you'll see."

"Love left me"

I said simply and headed to my room

"I don't want anyone else"

"Oh no..." I sighed, wiping away tears. "She's so brokenhearted, Craig."

He nodded. "She is, but she'll come around in time...she's just young and this was her first true love...we just need to give her time."

I agreed with him. "But maybe we should go check on her anyway." I started to head to her room.

"Okay," he said, "But let's not push her, honey."
