I was thinking of Jowan at times, but for some reason I kept going back to two characters in my head for you after reading their descriptions: Anders and Sigrun.

Sigrun is described as being a very determined person, and she also perhaps is a bit introspective as well (she wants to prove herself TO herself most of all, she has an interest in books and learning due to having been denied them when growing up, and she even makes some interesting comments on perspective and how she wished other people had more of it). She's loyal to the people she cares about or has sworn loyalty too (as can be seen if the Warden completes her companionship quest and tells Sigrun they consider her a friend), and can sometimes seem contradictory in her actions or mannerisms. She can be self-critical at times. Tends to be a bit more outgoing if she enjoys the company of others, and can be considered unconventional in her viewpoints or ideas. I could picture her agreeing with your thoughts on joining the Grey Wardens in a way, and I could see her perhaps wanting to hold on to certain things she might consider familiar while having a lot of curiosity about experiencing new things too. I could see Sigrun being described as perhaps either Chaotic Good or Chaotic Neutral as well given her role in the story and mannerisms.

...At the same time though, she doesn't sound like a perfect fit and since I'm not that familiar with the characters yet--I'm also doing a double-vote for Anders. From how he is described, I could see Anders fitting the INTJ personality description in a lot of ways. And I imagine his personality might seem contradictory at first glance to some of the characters he meets. He seems rather loyal to the Warden if his companionship quest is completed, and he can be a bit more talkative and expressive to people he has gotten to know or relatively likes--or if he is motivated by something. I could see him having a like of learning and perhaps not really caring all that much for bigotry or traditions (especially ones he perhaps counts as harmful considering his viewpoints on The Tower and The Circle). He strikes me as being more calm-minded overall, cautious, peaceful (though determined), confident (but with perhaps some insecurities at times in certain situations), and more realistic. I could see him wanting to have fun when he could as a member of the Grey Wardens, and Anders strikes me as a character who would be interested/curious about new things too. I could picture him fighting for the ideals he viewed as important as well given his own background in the DA:0-verse. Anders is also another character I could see perhaps fitting into either a Chaotic Good or Chaotic Neutral alignment as well. :D

I apologize if I interpreted characters wrong since I'm not as familiar with the game yet...hopefully my votes made sense though! XD
