Florian is one of those characters where you'll have to rely on a lot of head canon, but it's important to make sure it's believable. Like the seventh replica, Florian is pretty innocent and naive, but it can believably be taken to extreme levels. He's spent a lot of his life in what was basically solitary confinement. He did have enough interaction to be able to speak and walk, but replicas learn fast so that doesn't mean he had much interaction.

I think Florian usually has a hesitant speech pattern and his voice is kind of breathy or hitched, like he can't find the right words to express how he feels. He may be 14, but he really is just a little kid at heart so his speech should be dumbed down just a little bit. The seventh replica speaks like an adult, but Florian should speak more like a child, saying things like "I think so too" instead of "I agree."

Basically, just take what you're given and run with it, but be careful not to flanderize him. He's a lot like Luke in regards to his naivety about the world, but even moreso. If you take him to a game, he's going to have to learn what a lot of things are, like telephones and skyscrapers. Another important thing, and this is just in general, is that the score and fonic artes don't work in games not set in the canon world, meaning nobody can use seventh fonons or any other fonon for that matter.
