I gave advice on one of the last ones, and since I'm lazy, I'll just post what I wrote there |D

She, like her sister, is also very carefree and teasing, but she is much more bipolar and only has a sense of complete loyalty to a few select people.

A lot of Shion's character is connected to Satoshi, as she has an obsession for him that can escalate to her killing people for his 'benefit'. However, it should not be the centerpoint of her entire life (unless you're going through her arc, I guess), as it happened a year before and she has attempted to move on with her life since then. However, she still insists that she's not looking for a serious romantic relationship with anyone else, even though she can be flirty with Keiichi.

Shion has a serious problem with authority, which can be seen as she insults the police and ignores whatever orders her family gives her. If she says or does something she believes is righteous or warranted, Shion won't really understand why she gets in trouble for doing what she does. It'll only be when people she cares about are on the line that she'll admit to her faults. Depending on the situation, she may not even respect her own sister, since she believes them to be equal and enjoys teasing her the most.

To expand on the bipolarness, while Shion is usually carefree and cutesy, if something comes up to oppose her beliefs (Keiichi saying Satoshi transferred, the others telling her not to kill Satoko's uncle, etc), she is quick to anger and violence. She has absolutely no problem with taking down people who are in her way, including her own family. If she does manage to take them down, it won't be until much much later that she will realize what she did was wrong.
