STAR TREK!!!!
Star Trek... was absolutely AMAZING, at first when I heard there was going to be a movie I was mildly apprehensive. After watching the trailers, I knew I had to watch it no matter what. My sister was just as excited when she viewed the trailers and made me promise that we'll watch it together...and I waited for like 2 weeks before we could find time together...
So then finally yesterday night after setting up this account. We (this includes mom) went to go watch it together, and let me tell you this... if you haven't seen it already IT IS A MUST!
The action scenes were splendidly made, and man I fell in love all over again with Star Trek. Reminds me of the days when our family sat around the tv to watch NG. Family bonding time is always good. I think during this summer I might rewatch at least one of the series...depending on the time constraint.
I sort of was weird out a little when they included Uhara and Spock's relationship, I didn't really see it coming. But it was good, brought out the slight emotions of Spock which was nice. The fangirl in me saw more Spock/Kirk goes back to the hate/love relationship.... Other than that everything else was smooth sailing.
Anyways, I'm pretty sure my sister and I annoyed our mom a lot cuz throughout the movie we were slightly squeeling-ish *Spock*... I think only our mom heard that so yeah XP... good thing dad was not there..
