The sad duty of politics is to establish justice in a sinful world.
(Jimmy Carter).
Hn~ The trial is, insofar, very insightful for the tender politics of Vertere. I invite all citizens to behold it and extract their own conclusions. There is a lesson to learn from that event, one that would teach us greatly in our daily routine in this world.
Do it for enlightening and justice. What is justice but, as Lord Solzhenitsyn stated, a conscience, "not a personal conscience but the conscience of the whole of humanity." How are our consciences? Are they identical? Certainly not. Is justice possible if that is the case?
No, never in a perfect sense to satisfy us all. That is clear. If that happened, the worlds wouldn't have different justice systems with their own set of laws. The communities within those worlds wouldn't also have distinctions.
Sometimes we feel outraged by the results. Others, we are pleased by them. But, is that justice or our individual sense of it?
The only way to reach a perfect justice is through enlightenment and become better ourselves. Remember why we are here for.
I await eagerly to know what Lord Raito has kept from my immediate knowlogde.
((OOC: Strikeouts deleted ;P Isaak probably delivered a bottle of wine to Raito/Ky and Reeve/Vincent after the first half as some neutral offering)).
