Okay, I have refused to call myself fat since like.. forever ago. I've seen people who were scarily obese. (These are people in the extreme, of course) But I also keep in mind that it's not the number that matters so much as how you wear it as well as muscle vs. fat ratio. Muscle weighs more than fat, so that kinda skews the numbers a little in

Try Snapple Red Tea: It's low in sugar.
Try HonestAde and HonestTea brand teas and juices. They are also low in sugar and made with natural ingredients.
Try Vitamin Water: I use this to give me energy and regulate my electrolyte levels during all-night work shifts.
Try to mix half and half water and any sugary drinks. If half and half is too bland, then try a little less water in the ratio.
Try this recipe for Sweet Tea:
1. Brew strong tea with two large Lipton Tea bags.
2. Put 1/2 Cup honey and 1/4 cup maple syrup in a liquid measuring cup, add sugar until liquid rises to 1 cup line. Stir. Microwave for 30-60 seconds to melt sugar.
3. Combine sweetener mix with tea, put in 1 gallon pitcher and add water as needed.
Try a Schorle:
1. Fill glass a quarter to halfway full with your favourite juice.
2. Fill the rest of the way with sparkling Mineralwasser.
Buy a juicer: make your own fresh juices. Delicious and nutritious!
This next one I haven't done yet, but I heard it's popular in Hollywood.
Make your own flavoured waters by crushing cucumbers, mint, or raspberries and mixing into water.
Good luck on your quest!

Over here it's on every restaurant's menu. Something comparable that I know you're probably familiar with is Sparkling Cider. Sparkling Cider and Apfelschorle are pretty much the same thing, only Sparkling Cider tends to be a little sweeter (like most everything in America). Over here they will Schorle just about anything for you. Mangoschorle is really good, as well as Johannisbeereschorle (Johannisbeere is a small red berry, I think you would call it a Currant). I drink a small glass (about 8 oz.) just about every day. I really feel it helps to settle my stomach before bed. I usually use a Pomegranite blend to make my Schorle, POM is the brand we have over here, I particularly like the Pomegranite-Blueberry. :D I usually just pour half a glass of Mineralwasser and then pour in my juice until it looks good.
