So, what does one do in Buenos Aires, when ones card has "insufficient funds" unexpectedly, ones credit cards are of no use and there is no cash apart from last 100 dollar bill?
One gets a taxi ride (free, as no driver will take your 100 USD and will simply give you a ride. the trick is not to tell them you have no pesos until the final moment) and one goes to dance at a milonga (also free, for the same reason).
