Nursing home
Well, the phone call is over...
dad knows about the heart attack.. and i discovered that Grandpa Sam was put into a Nursing Home last week :(
Which we knew was going to happen... but you arent always ready for when it does happen. We're going down at the end of the week to see him and Audrey.
Its going to be hard to see him... a man, who was always chatting and telling me about the Ship Yard working he did during the War.. and how he missed John Pertwee (the 3rd Doctor in Doctor Who) visting the ship he was on.
Even when I last saw him for lunch about 6 months ago... he was so quiet. Because he knew, he knew that his memory was going and decided that the little he talks about things, people wont correct him.
