Do not hesitate under any conditions to do your duty with your Colonel out; should you need approval, oversight, answers to questions, profound psychological issues, the inclusion of an adhesive bandage on our office budget from a paper cut, anything, fill it out and place it on my desk for review. Do not fear overwhelming me; I'm a grown man and a capable Colonel.
