Went to Provenance for usual Thursday brunch. Did some work. Went to Vibe to have coffee with John-Michael, and also bumped into Les (
leswozere), Mike, Dale and Ian who were having lunch there.
Cooking a roast for Adamm and Shaun tonight.
Strangely optimistic today. I feel good.
