So, in yoga class tonight I did a headstand. I was at the wall but I did a motherfucking headstand! Holy shit, I am amazed. It was a rough class without any real instruction b/c apparently 90% of the people in the class are steady participants. Fuckers. I also did the wheel again as well as a shoulder stand for what seemed like forever
