[In the town square, Tiana seems to have started up a small fire and is cooking something up in a big, old pot. She's got out a folding table and a big box of supplies from the grocery store, out of which is peeking stuff like a bag of okra and some Tabasco sauce. On the folding table are a big bag of plastic bowls and a sign that reads 'Tiana's Gumbo Stand.' The stuff in the pot, apparently gumbo, drifts delicious gumbo-y fragrance across the square.]

I hope I put enough filé powder in this. [Takes a taste.] Maybe I should hit this up with a dash more Tabasco.
