I've been meaning to post in days but was fearing the thought of being grounded again.
But I guess my family's cool with my using the computer again.
They can't hold me off it for long ~
Exams ended on Friday and I'm telling you,
I TOTALLY MOTHER-EFFING KILLED HISTORY!

Ahem. So anyway, History was by far my favourite paper ever. Like woah?!
But teacher gave me 82 for it. No, children. That is not an A.
They've changed the grading system. 80 used to be an A. But now it's 85.
"How screwed up is that?" you asked? It's mind-effingly screwed up. Yes.
But whatever, I'll just let myself think it's an A.
Pretty good marks for some one who hasn't been in class for 2 months, eh?
Sensei agreed to letting me sit for my Japanese paper after the 2-week holiday.
So now, we're here where I am now. In the present.
But - let's go back a little bit.
Toooo Saturday!
My uncle came over a few weeks before and told me he'd bought Chocobo Dungeons for PS1 in Summit Mall.
Got so freaking angry at him for not bothering to remember the name of the shop or the floor it was on.
So we went ourselves to Summit and since mum needed a book from there, it was like killing two birds with one stone.
We scouted for ages. For shoes that my sister needed, for the book and for the games.
(was in need of Final Fantasy IX. I've got 4 copies but I only have one copy of Disc 3? What?!)
There were like around 8 video game shops on different levels? Gaah! But at least I got some cardio walking done.
Went to this shop and asked the dude if he had any PS1 games and he's like "Next door! :)"
And so I went next door and when I flipped through the albums, no Final Fantasy. Damn it.
So we moved on. And we finally found the shop that my uncle went to!
But the dude said "Sorry, adik. Dah takde dah," which means "Sorry, little girl (little sister, to be exact), we don't have them anymore".
The 'anymore' just ruined me. So I sulked all the way down to the bookstore.
We decided to have one last look at the shop where the dude told me to go next door just for a look.
And while browsing around, I looked at the games on the walls (shelves) and I was like
"LKSFDLSJKFSLMSDFFLSDJ THERE IT IS! FINAL FANTASY IX!" but it also said Games for Windows.
But whatthehell, I thought. Might as well get it. I don't care if it's PC and I have to play it all over again anymore.
Also found a Repack '08 CD which supposedly has Final Fantasy I - VIII.
I hope it's true. Gonna test it out after I'm through with IX.
Been playing Final Fantasy IX since I was ten. But we've never managed to finish the bloody game.
Went shopping again yesterday for sister's shoes. Went into Aldo and there were these gorgeous pair of magenta flats with a bit of wedge.
And also a brown one but my God, the magenta one.
Of course, as life likes to bully us, the former was sold out and was only available in size 9.
Mum, my sister and I are size 6-8. Great, right?
But she reserved the brown one anyway. It looked good, too.
Went to Parksons and found another great-looking, comfortable-for-walking, flats-with-a-wedge shoe but again,
No size. God damnit!
She's still contemplating whether she should buy the Aldo shoe or not. At a price of $459 bucks yo. In Malaysia Ringgit, by the way.
But still - it costs so much.
Went home and spring-cleaned my whole computer desk space. The wire, the keyboard, they mouse and everything!
Did I mention I bought new loudspeakers (so wonderful, I tell you!Gaaah), too?;)
I wiped off all the disgusting grime on my mouse and wonders how I ever lived using it in such a dirty way.
And I used a toothpick to go through every nook and cranny of the mouse and the keyboard to reach the dust.
Oh the satisfaction of getting it all out. Y'know that feeling when one digs out earwax from one's ear?
OKAY I'M GETTING DISGUSTING AGAIN. SORRY, SORRY.
But we're all human right? Don't pretend like you've never done it ;p
It's so orgasmic! Like literally! HAHAHHA OKAY MAYBE NOT.
But every time I got dust bunnies outta the corners, I was like "YES YES!THAT'S THE SPOT!"
Perverted sounds? Yes.
Installed the game controller and the CD. Took a bloody long time to get things configured.
Kudos to my sister's intelligence on working out how to fix the configurations for the controller ♥
Worked out fine after all!
Didn't play for long though cause I was waay too sleepy.
Went to the gym that morning and had cardio walking in the mall. Yesss! I feel so healthy.
