What call center picks a random day each month to reward all the employees that showed up for work that day?
Umm... the one I work at. And since I'm the admin that does all the creative stuff for the reward day and takes minutes for the committee, I'll know what day it is every month and what I'll be getting just for showing up at work. I don't think I'm going to get over that.
"Oooh! You showed up for work like you are supposed to do! Here's *insertrewardhere* to thank you for being at work."
