le sigh
School has started up again and everything is going great except for one little bump in the road, choir. At first the only section that fit my schedule was Women's Ensemble, then the times got switched and the only one that DIDN'T fit my schedule was Women's. Well I found out today that I WAS placed in Women's. *Sigh* I emailed Mr. Franklin (the director) and told him that "I have a MWF class from 2 to 3, so unfortunately I will not be able to be in Women's Ensemble." I kind of left it open so that if he really wants me in choir he can offer to put me in another section, but I'm not really expecting him to.
I'm not going to lie, this sucks. I'm not a music major, but I really love choir and have continued to take it all through college. This is my LAST semester and it's sad to think that it would be choir-free. I just keep reminding myself though that if I don't get in it's what's meant to be, and that God has something else planned for my time.
