10. Florida 2/4/06- 6-4 Atlanta. At this game, Chloe and I purchased "standing room only" tickets at the window and ended up sitting near the ceiling of the arena to watch the thrashers play great playmaking hockey en route to a win that broke a 7-game losing streak and seemed to re-energize our team. It was the first time in 2 1/2 weeks that we had scored more than TWO goals in a game, and it happened the right way. Savard, Stefan, Mellanby, Bondra, and Kovalchuk all showed the confidence in shooting when they scored their goals that we had been missing. Newcomer Rico Fata had a great night, and it was very satisfying to see a win in the last home game before the olympic break!
