While I am still not entirely certain as to Chrysalis' drive behind initiating the lockdown and quarantine (well, other than the stated outbreak of "disease" of course), if it was to quell nearly all activity within the city itself, it seems to have succeeded. The vast majority of Allupato's residents seem to be eerily quiet after their initial protests against said quarantine.
Quite strange. I had initially expected to see more of the natives about due to the borders being shutdown. However, in retrospect, I can see the logical fallacy in my assumption. It's more likely that the police presence in the streets has unnerved them to the point where they have sought refuge inside of their own abodes until the current lockdown has been lifted.
...That admittedly being an assumption as well.
