She's alive!
You know what I found out a few days ago? When I was three, my dad had a choice between two jobs - one in France or one here, in Oak Ridge. The idea of having moved here thirteen years ago is mind-boggling. Imagine if I had lived here since I was little! I could of been the one who's been friends since elementary school, instead of the one who doesn't understand that in-joke. Of course, it's impossible to guess the result. And I definitely would have missed out on a lot - living in another country, PI+, Westtown.
Anyway. All emoness aside, I just wanted to write a quick update (in case there's anyone who still has me on their friends list. =3) Well, Westtown is amazing. I'm so happy - I have a bunch of great friends (not to mention an amazing boyfriend.) This is just what I hoped would happen when I decided to go. See the thing is - and this is also true about TIP - hardly anyone has known each other for more than a couple years anyway, so it's easy to make friends. Even things I thought I might mind, like living in a dorm, are great. I'm happy almost all the time, and it's amazing.
I'm a completely different person than three years ago, or even last year - and that's what I wanted.
